A Meet and Greet

Posted on

As I have mentioned before in my blog I belong to a group of RVers and Crafters on the internet. I was so blessed by meeting one of the gals on our group this week. She lives in Sutherlin and we met for lunch at Si Casa Flores. As with many of the gals on the group that I have met, we felt like we were old friends. Well, we sort of are without the face to face meet!

Sharen and her husband Bob have taken up permanent residence here in Sutherlin. Sharen was able to give me the scoop on the area. She has always kept us up on the weather and her doings here. It was so nice to finally meet her and I hope that when we finally get moved here we will see more of each other.

Life is good with friends down the road!

    Hi, Gwen,

So glad you got to meet Sharen face to face.

It sounds like you are planning to settle down permanently. Does this mean no more fulltime travel?

However it works out for you, I am happy that life continues to work for good for you.

      Hi Sharon…
      How’s the camper coming along?
We plan on full-timing for the next 7 years but remember RVers plans are in pencil. It may take up to 2 years to get our lots in Yuma and Sutherlin. And then we hope to get something smaller to travel in! Just havin’ fun! Thanks for asking.

Such a relief to hear you’re not settling down — just yet! 🙂

Keep on having fun… whatever size the rig, and however long or short the trips! I really enjoy your blog.
