Sadly, we left Northern Indiana to return to Anderson to finish with our experience at the Ivy Tech Hygienists. We parked, for free, at the Elks Club in Anderson. It was a hot day but we found some shade to park the rig in and it was pleasant after getting the fans going in the rig. I got caught up in a book I was reading and about 11 I thought I should get to bed. Enter: sirens and police cars. I think they were looking for someone because the police were everywhere. We had one sit outside our rig for about 45 minutes with his siren beeping every few minutes. Not a steady sound but enough to make sleeping difficult. Although, Dale didn’t have a problem. He went to bed at 9 and says he didn’t hear a thing!

We headed off to our dental appointment Monday morning and came to a viaduct for the train at 13’2″ and had to turn around. Thankfully, their was a turnoff. Our appointments went well and we now have the cleanest teeth in Indiana. All for $20.

We drove to Peoria, Ill to the Elks club. They have one parking space, in the grass, with electricity on the pole. Since we are here only one night we didn’t hook up. The club building is on the edge of a golf course so Morgan had a good time in the grass.

We are off today for Saylorville COE park where our friends, the Kings, are staying. We discovered that we will have hit all the ‘I’ states this trip: Indiana, Illinois, Iowa and Idaho!

Safe travels everyone! Life is very, very good. The joy of the Lord is our strength!

I don’t know why, but the cleanest teeth in Indiana–all for $20, struck me as hilarious. Thanks for the giggle!

Hope you have a wonderful time with the Kings!
