A small town sits at the base of a huge mountain. Actually, several small towns sit at the base of Mt. Shasta. Mt Shasta is 14, 000 + feet high and was or may still be a volcano (active now). The Double D Ranch, on which we stayed for the rally and a few days after, has a fantastic view of the mountain out their front windows. We park our rig so that we too can have that same view.

Well, Wednesday, Mt Shasta showed up that morning with snow clear down to its feet. It does have glaciers and we were told that those glaciers are growing. When we left, clouds had gathered and when they get around this mountain they and the mountain bring their own weather. This is what we saw on Friday when we left. Totally awesome and totally made of God.
